<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Important Lessons I Learned<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teamwork begins by building trust, which is the foundation for positive contradictory debates (conflicts), enabling commitment and accountability on non-consensual decisions and collective results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish one overarching goal, because &#8220;if everything is important, then nothing is&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The role of the leader is essential to demonstrate expected behaviors and create an environment conducive to build a functional team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;
